Good luck with your new Orlando, FL USA outlet. The manager Renee is an outspoken, judgmental, hateful biotch! No employee will stay long, unless they are an @$$ kisser! If she treats customers, the same way the store will close before the end of the year.

Customer Service -nil points. Courier Service - nil points. I received a thank you for complaining and was advised my concerns were passed to the courier. I’m sorry Radley but I bought your product, not theirs. I paid you substantially more than you paid them. Why would they be interested in whether I was happy or not if you aren’t?
Order number 105002921. Are you interested why I was unhappy? And believe it or not, it wasn’t really the walk to the shop to get my delivery after the first failed attempt.
And no, I don’t believe you are….

I purchased 2 Radley Bags on site but…
I purchased 2 Radley Bags on site but when I received them they are not the bags I ordered completely different bags and I absolutely hate them. But trying to get them to reply to me takes ages and now I'm trying to get my money back which is over 100 pounds and they send me email asking me to keep the bags and they will give me 10% off. Are they kidding me. I don't even like these bags and nothing like what I wanted and they want me to keep them. Please don't buy off line

I purchased a Radley smart watch
I purchased a Radley smart watch, I was really happy with the watch itself, however it doesn't work!! What is the use of it looking nice if it doesn't do what it is supposed to do? I followed all the instructions very carefully however the watch doesn't even work, yes it syncs to my blotooth and yes I have the Radley London app in sync and it still doesn't work!!
What a complete waste of £35 of my money, I am absolutely fuming!

Trying to resolve an issue with them
Trying to resolve an issue with them , regarding unsatisfactory products. Not just 1 but 3! Travelling back and forth to an outlet store miles away from me because I was informed of a special offer that was on, only to get there and be told it wasn’t on offer at all. Waste of my time and petrol (which isn’t cheap!) Then purchased another bag via the virtual store which arrived badly scuffed and marked. Purchased another after returning that one from the Outlet store as I believed I knew what the quality of the product would be, only to get it home and the leather on the front of the bag to be marked and scratched. So meaning another trip back to the outlet store to make the return because they was no other option. More petrol wasted! Had a refund on that. Then ordered another through the virtual store arrived extremely quickly :) , was awesome on the outside not a mark on it , but the inside was covered in all marks on the lining inside the bag. I have been offered an exchange on the bag but I have lost all hope. I have been left disappointed.

Radley pass the buck response
Very disappointed to find Radley have provided a pass the buck response to an issue raised with a faulty damaged goods claim for luggage purchased which was still under guarantee. Actually just passed me off to Pelham group who they advised " 5 year warranty provided by the manufacturer Pelham Group" so to contact them. That wasn't stipulated in Radleys terms and cons for refunds!!! If I could give the company no Stars I would. I will now be pursuing this under section 75 of the consumer rights act. I wouldnt mind, I only asked for a replacement.

I recently purchased a bag for my wife…
I recently purchased a bag for my wife from Radley one month ago, it arrived with a part missing. I’ve been in touch with their customer service which appears to be one person on his own. 28 Messages later I still have not achieved to get the missing part, they’ve sent photos of parts they’ve offered us, I selected some and the ones that arrived we’re completely different, this company has gone to pot! Now they’re completely ignoring me I feel the only way is to write a letter to the managing director and CEO to see how Customer Service responds to their loyal customers. We are in complete shock of how small concern has turned into major complaints. This has caused so much upset….

Outstanding Service
I ordered a Radley Picture Bag and matching Wallet Friday afternoon ( don’t have a local Store) did pay for next working day delivery text with in an hour Monday delivery just received both items 7 pm Saturday evening by DPD amazing Service. Picture Bag and matching Wallet absolutely Beautiful . Faultless Service from Radley And DPD.

First time buying a Radley purse
First time buying a Radley purse. It wasn’t cheap yet in the first month the signature Scotty dog & Radley London logo is just wearing off… The purse will look pretty ordinary before long.
Pretty disappointing when I bought the purse for the logo.

Poor quality and customer service
The zip on my wife’s London Pockets bag failed after 14 months of light use, despite the bag being cared for properly. Radley not interested in helping as it’s past the 12 month warranty period.

Won’t be buying any more products from this company.

Anyone else having problems getting a refund for returned goods?…
I have bought goods from Radley since it first came into being, not only for myself but as presents too. Purses, handbags and everything from playing cards and pet items to luggage-without any problems or complaints at all, until now. In November last year I was in a Radley outlet shop (2 1/2 hours from where we live) and saw some walking boots, they didn’t have them in my size and the smaller size were too small so the lady ordered them to be sent to my house. They duly arrived but were too big and I returned them on 25th November using the enclosed prepaid label and getting proof of postage. It is now almost 12 weeks since they were returned and despite numerous emails, attaching the invoice (which was emailed to me whilst I was in the shop) and the proof of postage - I am still awaiting a refund. In the last email I received from Radley, staff shortages at the warehouse are now to blame for this delay-whilst I accept there have been problems for alot of companies due to covid etc with staff shortages and people working from home etc, to wait almost 12 weeks for even an email to say the item has been received at the warehouse never mind a refund is not acceptable. There must be a mountain of returned items in the warehouse waiting to be sorted through to have to wait this long.
Is anyone else having problems with refunds and now having to deal with everything by email as the customer service number is jo longer in use?

Cheaply made
The quality is so variable across their bags. Their pocket bags are still well made with what looks like high quality leather, but the rest of their bags are shoddily constructed. I bought a backpack and the leather was so thin, about 0.1mm thick that scratches easily. No better than a paper bag.

Excellent customer service at Radley, Street
I recently changed a watch in street. The staff were very helpful with the exchange and refund.
The same evening I had an email explaining that a small error had been made and asking me to call the store. I called up and the issue was quickly resolved. In addition, a small tote was posted to me as a gesture of goodwill, which was a lovely surprise. Mel and her team went over and above with their customer service and I will certainly be returning. I will also be telling friends and family about the positive experience I had. Lisa saunders
